Clipboard
My new obsession is Mod Podge so for a thank you gift for my daughters 2nd grade teacher we had to bring it in to play. She loves Dalmatians so we decided to make her a themed clipboard for her classroom. I let Angelina have full control of design. She did a great job!
2 pieces of scrap paper
paint or stickers of choice to decorate
1 clipboard
gloss – mod podge
Trace the back of the clipboard on paper and cut out. Mod podge the paper on to the clipboard. Do the same to the front of the board. TIP: trace and cut it out around the shape of the clip. I made the mistake of not doing this so I glued ribbon on the top to cover the board. After the paper is on the board add all your stickers. We spelled out the teachers name and put paw print stickers on it. Cover the entire board in mod podge with a sponge brush This gives it the shinny fun look and I like to do it right over the stickers it seals them for longer lasting. To finish it off we took 3″ strips of ribbon and tied around the medal and glued on some buttons. Let me know if you have any questions. Hobby Lobby has the plan clipboards for $2.99 if you have trouble finding them.
